Stic (aka Stic.man of renowned rap group Dead Prez) is an award-winning hip-hop artist and producer, author, certified long distance running coach and creator of a new music genre dubbed \u201cfit hop.\u201d Stic is also the CEO of the first ever music label dedicated to Healthy Living \u2013 RBG FIT RECORDS. Together Stic &#038; Afya are a down to earth, charismatic and inspiring tag team encouraging holistic healthy living in authentic, relatable and creative ways.
