How can I get the rental equipment to my location? We will deliver and pickup rental equipment almost anywhere in Atlanta and surrounding cities. Our basic packages include round trip delivery within 30 miles of downtown Atlanta. Cities outside of the 30 mile range may include an additional delivery charge.

How can I pay for an equipment rental? CSA accepts Visa, MasterCard American Express, PayPal, and Cash payments. Additional billing options are available for approved corporate accounts. We require a 35% deposit to hold the equipment for your reservation and the balance must be paid either prior to the event or on the day of the event before set-up. Do you have technicians that can operate the rental as well? Of course! Clear Sound Atlanta's professional technicians will show up at your event, setup, and operate the equipment.

What if I don't know exactly what I need? Clear Sound Atlanta's equipment specialists will ask a few simple questions, like the size of your audience and what type of event you are planning, and make equipment recommendations.

What if the equipment doesn't work? CSA takes every precaution to prevent field failure, but unfortunately things do happen. We perform routine tests to ensure the reliability of our equipment; however, if the equipment does malfunction, our first priority is always to quickly solve the problem.

What if I need to rent a particular piece of audio equipment that isn't listed on your website? We are constantly expanding our inventory and not all of our inventory is listed on the web site so give us a call. If we don't immediately have something you need, we can often arrange to get what you need through other rental contacts we have. We need a go to sound reinforcement company for a number of meetings or events every month.
